DISPATCH INFO


We know now more than ever that online orders are a lifeline for many people and we always want to try to make things as simple as possible. 

This is why when you order from us we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and in one piece. 


Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 13:00 (Monday-Friday) the same day. 

Orders placed after 13:00 or at weekends will usually be processed the next working day.


Although our aim is to dispatch within the above time frames unfortunately during some promotional periods such as black Friday, this is not always possible.

The high order volumes may mean some orders will dispatched later than usual, with us dispatching on a first in first out basis.

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.



UK ORDERS


We use royal mail for all but our biggest online orders(they have a 5kg limit) as we believe they provide the best service for our customers.

Our standard Free Delivery service is sent via Royal Mails 2nd class which usually gets there within 3 days but it can be up to 5.


 If your goods haven't arrived with you within 5 working days of your order(7 during promotional periods) please email us to let us know and we will let you know what the status of your order is, or chase up with royal mail to find out where it is.


We always attempt to deliver your order to your provided address but please be aware that even though Royal Mail is delivering contactless, if no one is home to receive the parcel, you may need collect your order from your nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office or re-arrange delivery which might will prolong the delivery timeframe. 


If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £5 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our postal and administrative costs.


If your order is for a special occasion or you need it by a certain date, please get in contact with us first so we can do everything possible to make sure your products are with you on time.

We love the fact that people like our products so much they go to the effort to buy from us here on Skye from their homes all over the world. 

Although we'd love to do free delivery for you too, because of the high cost of shipping we face, unfortunately we need to charge to make things viable.

Rather than have complicated fees, we've setup our postage rates based on the two zones as seen below.

We've gone with a flat rate as it's the inital part of sending an item that's the expensive part and we figured that if you wanted to buy more of our candles we'd take some of the cost to make your package seem that bit sweeter.


EU ORDERS


• Flat rate delivery charge of £15 applies to orders from European Union countries*

• Please allow 4-10 working days for delivery.

• All European deliveries are sent by Parcel Force or FedEx.

These countries have their own, lower delivery cost.



For security reasons, we can only ship overseas orders to the cardholder’s billing address.
